shigeo fukuda

- sculptor, graphic artist and poster designer who created optical illusions.
-Fukuda was born on February 14, 1932 in Tokyo 
-first Japanese designer chosen for this recognition
-won him the grand prize at the 1975 Warsaw Poster Contest
